What inspired you to start YohDev? What is your favorite part about owning your own business?
Andrew: I’d say full-stack engineering kind of chose me. We originally started as a full-service marketing agency, but as we noticed a growing need for developers in the marketing space, we shifted focus to meet that demand. My favorite part of owning the business is building solutions that truly help other businesses grow.

Lenny: Yohdev is growing rapidly, and my goal is to help expand our full-stack engineering and AI integration expertise to new clients. My goal while expanding our client base is to ensure our clients see success and a positive experience with our services.

How do you stay motivated and inspired in your work?
Andrew: I stay motivated by constantly learning and tackling new challenges, whether it’s in full-stack development or exploring how emerging technologies can help our clients.

Lenny: I stay motivated by constantly learning about our clients’ unique needs and finding creative solutions that fit our skill set. I’m always excited to help solve new challenges.

What’s your vision for the future? What professional goals are on the horizon?
Andrew: We’re focused on growing YohDev’s client base and continuing to evolve our offerings in full-stack engineering, especially with the integration of new technologies like AI to stay ahead of the curve.

What challenges have you faced as an entrepreneur, and how have you overcome them?
Andrew: Balancing project timelines and managing external teams has been challenging, but we’ve improved by implementing better communication and project management tools.

What advice would you give to others looking to make a positive impact in the tech space?
Andrew: Focus on solving real problems with practical solutions, and don’t be afraid to experiment and evolve your approach as technology changes.”

Lenny: Stay open-minded and keep learning. As AI evolves rapidly, finding solutions to your own challenges can often benefit others too.

How do you see yourself contributing to the Flywheel community and supporting other members?
Andrew: I’m excited to share my experiences in full-stack engineering and business development, helping others build and refine their own processes and strategies.

Lenny: I contribute by connecting people with solutions for their web development and AI needs and by fostering relationships and making connections between other professionals.

How has your membership at Flywheel and the community here helped you reach personal and professional goals?
Andrew: The Flywheel community has been great for networking and bouncing ideas off other entrepreneurs, which has really helped me refine our business approach and scale YohDev.

Lenny: Flywheel has been essential to my professional growth. I’ve engaged with the community in various roles over the years—from running a media company to my current position with Yohdev. The relationships I’ve built here have consistently fueled my personal and professional momentum.
