Our combinable multipurpose settings offer you the ability to tailor the venue to your needs. We keep it simple and help you avoid the headaches of limited and expensive food and beverage, costly AV, and technical support. You can choose your own caterers, and all of the tech is built into the space. We’ve got a wide variety of seminar and breakout spaces to meet your needs.

Our Social Commons, Atrium, and Upstate Event Space can be booked individually or combined with synchronized displays to accommodate:

FAQs

Do I have to be a Flywheel member to book an event?

Anyone can book an event at Flywheel Greenville. Members enjoy discounts on the hourly rates, so you might want to consider a membership plan.

What are your room capacities?

Our wide variety of meeting/event spaces can hold anywhere from 4-300 people. Refer to the layouts above for exact numbers.

Is parking readily available?

Our onsite surface lot accommodates 150 cars, and we have onsite overflow for an additional 100 spaces. We also have arrangements in the district for additional overflow capacity.

Can you arrange supplemental security?

Our building and parking areas are monitored with a state-of-the-art surveillance system. Liability waivers do apply. Security guards can be arranged on request.

How far in advance do we need to commit to a booking?

Smaller meetings below 24 attendees can be booked online through our website. For larger meetings check in advance for availability, but allow at least 4 weeks for us to assist with your event plan and generate a proposal. Some layouts require supplemental rentals, so for larger events allow 6 weeks.

Is the outdoor Pavillion available to rent?

The Pavillion is for members only.

Are there staffing charges?

Yes, for after-hours access, custom room setup, tear-down, and technical support. Our community manager will include these in the proposal after we tailor your event plan. It’s a lot less than other spaces charge.

What kind of displays and audio do you have?

The Atrium has a 130” Samsung video wall, supplemental 90” monitors on mobile carts, and 12 pendant speakers. The Atrium displays synch with the Upstate Event Space, which has a 144” HD projection setup, dual HD tracking cameras, and ceiling audio. We provide two handheld and two lavalier mics. Social Commons has dual 65” synchronized information monitors.

Is there a different price to rent a combination of the spaces?

No, each space is all-inclusive of AV, coffee and water service, and staff service, rented by the hour. Unlike traditional conference spaces that might give a group price and then tack on additional fees for their amenities, we like to make it simple for you rather than requiring you to go through a complicated intake process and price negotiation

Do we have required vendors? Do you have recommended vendors?

We do not have mandatory vendors. We ask that you inform us of any outside vendors and provide us with their contact information when you book them. We want to make sure they have the appropriate insurance and licensing if alcohol is being served.

Do you have insurance requirements?

We will request a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for larger events with Flywheel and the building owner listed as additional insureds. We may require a COI from your vendor(s) depending on the size and type of event. This will be covered during the event intake process.
